I think a start of a new year is a great time to use up scraps. A lot of challenges out there too!! Thanks for another one to get us using our STASH!! I hope to get a few done tonight after the kiddos are in bed. I definitely have enough scraps!!! LOL!!!

Cool challenge! I made twelve cards using my scraps. My friend's mom is in her last weeks of life and she's going to spend time with her, so I made her twelve cards so she can work on them with her mommy. Each card has a different value that she can write about for, or with her mom. It's to help her remember what her mom has taught her. I got the idea from a movie I saw called "The Ultimate Gift." I had such a hard time remembering all of the good things about my mom after she passed, so I thought if Kim could document these things before her mom is gone it will help her thank her and remember her. I took pictures, but I don't have a blog, so no pictures (just lots of words) from me.
