Temporary Craft Room Set Up and Supplies

Well, HELLO, Everyone!!

Did you miss me??  Life has been sooooo crazy over the past month and a half.  We moved out of our home the first week of January and have already been in two rental homes!  The first rental didn't work out (plumbing issues) so we had to move again this past Saturday.  We will be in this rental for the next 4 months until we move to Utah.

I had packed up all my craft room supplies and put them in storage, thinking that I wouldn't need them until we moved into our new build the first week of September.  I decided yesterday that I couldn't wait that long!  I had my husband go with me to the storage unit where we pulled out my Cricut and a couple other boxes of supplies.  I have now set up a temporary craft room in my master bedroom.  No more late night crafting but at least I have a place to release my creative expression!  I have missed it so much.  I took some pictures for you of my new set up.

This is pretty much all I will need for the next 4 months.  Of course, I might need to head over to the storage unit and pick up a few more things.  ;)

I had to go and get new Cricut cutting mats since I'm not sure which box mine are in.  Plus I needed some new adhesive.

I had some of my 12x12 paper in my scrapbooking tote and got this little stack at Hobby Lobby.

Gotta have my favorite Cricut carts available!!

Some embellies and tools!  I just need to find the box with My Pink Stamper Stamps in it!

A little Hobby Lobby ribbon!

So happy that I had some supplies still in my scrapbook tote!

My little craft area!  I feel very blessed!

I hope you are all doing well!  I will try to do better to update this blog.  We start the building process March 1st and then move to Utah at the end of May.  Wow!  Time is flying by so fast!

Hugs,
Robyn

hey Robyn, great to see that you are able to craft. Isn't it funny how we have sooo much stuff and always want more. But if we have nothing we are without we would be happy with 1/100th of what we own. LOL.
Looking forward to seeing more of you.
ps what do you think of the new Cricut?

With all that stress in your life I can see why you needed to have a place to release tension. So glad you found your Cricut and some supplies. Through all your posts I've never read how your husband can just up and move his practice to another state. He has to be dealing with a whole lot of stress also. May God bless you all and be with you through this change in your lives. I've missed you.

So happy for you guys! We lived in a temporary place while we were building a few years ago. I have very fond memories of it. In fact, it is where I began my love for using my Cricut and following blogs...especially yours!

Living in temporary space sounds stressful! Glad you were able to get yourself a mini crafty space, pretty sure I could not go that long with out crafting either!

Glad you at least have some of your supplies to play with. I can't imagine trying to go for months without crafting. So excited for you and your family as you start your new adventure. It will be stressful but in the end you will have your dream house and the best part is you will be living near your family!

Happy crafting!

YAY! I was thinking about you yesterday and actually went on to your blog and didn't see any updates. So glad to see you back. Good luck with the building of your new home. It's an exciting thing but could be very stressful as well. Happy to see you and can't wait to see your creations again. :)

Hi Robyn see you are really busy. Sure miss us some Robyn crafts and thoughts. I'm so confused about the Cricut Explore, was wondering if you had got to see it and what you think about it. Do you have a Silhouette and if so your thoughts on that. If you can't answer I sure understand. God Bless you and your family. I always came to your site for help, you where like my craft doctor. Thank you so much. Sure do miss your craziness!

Yes, I have been wondering about and check your blog to see if you have posted. I think this is good that you set up a craft area. Sept. is a long time to wait to craft. Time wil pass quickly and you will be moved into your new home.

WHOA!!! I have not given up on you, Robyn....I literally check certain websites every night before bed & you are the 1st one I check. I was so pleasantly surprised when I saw something besides the boxes. Just an update knowing you & your family are doing ok. I know that sounds so weird because we do not even know each other, but I know you so well because of your website, & your family. I am wandering how you family feels about this move, especially the girls. I can only imagine. All I know is that you all are a great big family & have each other who are going through the same things. I pray everything transitions smoothly! Thanks for the "I'm doing ok", note! What are the names of the cricut cartridges you keep close by for times like these? I'm always curious when we have so many - what are the stand by favorites. I hope your transition goes smoothly and you all find yourselves in your new home soon.

Good to see a post from you again. So sorry you had to move twice--what a lot of work.

Won't be long and you will be 'home'. That is where I live too, only over point of the mtn. to the north.
Would be nice to meet you in person some day. Come to our thursday cricut club!

I too wondered what you thought of the Explore. Does PC send you product to try anymore.
Did you order it last week? I did and then cancelled it the next morning. I have the E2 and the Silhouette Cameo.
I love my cameo and decided that it does the same things and a few more than the Explore does. The only thing that Explore did
that Cameo doesn't do is have the two holders to write and cut without changing them out. (At least thats all I could figure out).
maybe you know a lot more about it as the demonstrations didn't tell a lot about how the program really works.

I can totally relate to needing a temporary craft space. We moved here a 1 1/2 years ago and will be in this rental until our house sells. I put most of my stuff in storage, but find myself digging through the storage unit for supplies I thought I could live without! I wish you all the best with your move!!

Robyn,
I have been watching your videos for years. I have not watched any in almost a year. I became a teacher and my new career has taken all my time. However, I am back to watching and reading my favorite blogs (your my #1!!!) I have a cricut expression and I love it. However, I have very little space in my apartment and classroom for crafting....soooooo I went out and got the Craftwell ecraft. I was wanting to know if you have ever used this machine and if you have what did you think of it.

Thank you in advanced for replying to my question. I truly hope your family is blessed and I will be praying that your move to Utah happens smoothly. Gob bless!

How To Get Your husband Back & Avoid Divorce,Love Spells That Really Work Fast

My Name is Vicky Lorimer, I am From United Kingdom.i am hear to give testimony of how i got back my husband, we got married for more than 9 years and have gotten two kids. thing were going well with us and we are always happy. until one day my husband started to behave in a way i could not understand, i was very confused by the way he treat me and the kids. later that month he did not come home again and he called me that he want a divorce, i asked him what have i done wrong to deserve this from him, all he was saying is that he want a divorce that he hate me and do not want to see me again in his life, i was mad and also frustrated do not know what to do,i was sick for more than 2 weeks because of the divorce. i love him so much he was everything to me without him my life is incomplete. i told my sister and she told me to contact a spell caster, i never believe in all this spell casting of a thing. i just want to try if something will come out of it. i contacted Dr Brave for the return of my husband to me, they told me that my husband have been taken by another woman, that she cast a spell on him that is why he hate me and also want us to divorce. then they told me that they have to cast a spell on him that will make him return to me and the kids, they casted the spell and after a week my husband called me and he told me that i should forgive him, he started to apologize on phone and said that he still love me that he did not know what happen to him that he left me. it was the spell that Dr Brave casted on him that make him to come back to me today,me and my family are now happy again today. thank you Dr Brave for what you have done for me i would have been nothing today if not for your great spell. i want you my friends who are passing through all this kind of love problem of getting back their husband, wife , or ex boyfriend and girlfriend to contact bravespellcaster@gmail.com. and you will see that your problem will be solved without any delay.
