CTMH Artbooking Cricut Cartridge September Bundle and a $50 Giveaway!!

Hello Everyone!

I have been asked by my good friend, Joy Tracey, to do a review on the new Artbooking Cricut Cartridge and bundle that you can get exclusively through Close to My Heart.  I have only had a little bit to play with it but so far I have LOVED it!!  This cartridge has absolutely everything you can think of all wrapped up in one cartridge!  That alone is worth purchasing.  They are doing a special promotion for the month of September so be sure to click on all the links below!

This is what Joy had to say about the cartridge...

"Here are some quick facts and info about the Artbooking cartridge:

  1) What I most like about the cartridge:  I like that it has 10 themed mini-books in various sizes with inter-changeable pages.  Also, the cartridge is chock full of layouts that you can create by just setting the dial at one size and then all the related elements (titles, borders, photo mats, overlays, etc.) all cut out at the appropriate proportional sizes.  Making a layout is a snap!

  2) Top 3 features this cartridge has:
       a) 10 themed mini-albums with one touch sizing
       b) beautiful, thematic overlays that can be used on layouts, card, mini-albums, and as masks, too!  Great for home decor.
       c) Easy layouts ready to cut in 15 different layout themes, including holidays, baby, wedding, love, sports, just because, etc.

  3) Here are some unique projects I have made:
Glittery background to Christmas card using packing tape and overlay:
Overlays create a graphic look in 2 different color combos for Christmas:
Different colors to the overlay background - using Cricut Craft Room (I have one that uses hand piecing also):

  4) Here is a link to all the projects I have made with this cartridge so far:
For a FAST look at all the projects, head to my site here: and then along the top menu bar, click on the tab that says "CTMH Artbooking Projects".

Here is a video I made that may help you with the sizing on this cartridge because as soon as you aren't making what's in the upper left corner, it can be hard to get the sizing correct:

Here is an image of the cartridge package and here is the link it should go to for purchasing:"

In addition, Close to My Heart is running a promo in the month of September where you can get seven stamp sets and the cartridge for $114.  Here is everything you get with it: Click HERE to order it directly!
**WOW!!!  I just received all of these AWESOME stamps with the bundle for the September special and I love ALL of them!!**

Also, Joy has graciously donated a $50 gift certificate for Close to My Heart product!  Thank you so much Joy!  Just go over, check out her blog, follow her, then come back here and leave a comment on this post!!  Good luck!!!

*On a side note…  I have all of the winners chosen for the Not-So-Live Broadcast and will post those very shortly.  Good luck everyone!

Vinyl Car Project - Go Crush!

Hello Everyone!

Karlee left on Thursday and I have been playing catch up since then.  I do have some winners from the Monday video to post.  I will do that shortly.  I am a little under the weather today so I've been playing in my craft room!  No energy to do laundry or clean the house, though.

Using the Cricut Craft Room I designed our team logo using Sports Mania and Cricut Font cartridges.

I then hooked up my Cricut Mini and CUT!  Super easy on my new computer.  I didn't even have to reset it up!

After I cut it I peeled off all the extra vinyl that I didn't need.

I then added Transfer Tape over the top.

I then transferred the vinyl image on to my car!

Doesn't it look so cute!

I made enough of these for each of the members of my USTA Team Crush!  I hope they like them!

I have many rolls of vinyl that I have purchased from over the years.  I also purchase my transfer tape from them.

Winter Frolic Snowman Card

Hi Everyone!

I hope you are all having a GREAT week so far.  It's been kind of crazy for me.  My kids had Monday AND Tuesday off school so today is just the beginning of our week.  Karlee arrives tomorrow!  So excited.  She is coming by herself for an entire week.  I want to thank her mom for giving her this break and watching her kids all week.  We are going to have so much fun, even it it's just hanging around and talking.

I have been organizing and cleaning out My Pink Loft for the past week.  I came across a box full of cards that I had cut out for a My Pink Stamper event a couple of years ago.  I spent today putting them all together.  I think the little snowman is soooo cute!!

Also, if you haven't checked out my "churchy" blog yet click HERE.  You all probably know that I am a Mormon and belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  This blog is set up for those who are interested in learning more about my religion.  I'd love to share it with you!  I also post a little more about my life over there.

Karlee and I are going to plan My Pink Stamper Live for Monday, September 9th, during the day at 1:00 pm.  We hope you can make it!!  If you are new to my blog and have no idea what My Pink Stamper Live is here it is in simple terms.  Come to my blog on the appointed day and time, and watch as Karlee and I talk with you live.  You can chat with us and ask questions and we will answer them LIVE.

I used Winter Frolic Cricut Cartridge for this project.
