Prayers for a Dear Friend

Hello Everyone!

I have a dear friend who was just diagnosed with cancer.  If you could all take a minute today and say a prayer for her.  She is having a PET scan right now to see if the cancer has spread.  We are praying that it hasn't and that she can just have surgery to remove the cancerous tumor.  I believe in the power of prayer and I know that our Heavenly Father does hear us and answers us.  Thank you so much everyone!

Big hugs!
Robyn

  49. Cancer is just so terrible! My cousin, brother-in-law, and friend are all fighting cancer right now. I've been overwhelmed lately with so many loved ones dealing with this horrible disease!! But, I also have family and friends that have fought cancer in the past and are now doing well. I will add your friend to my prayer list.

  51. I am praying for your friend. Keep us posted on how she is doing. The time right after initial diagnosis is the worst because there is so much that is unknown. Once the fight for the cure begins, it can empower you.

  52. Robyn, I hope that the PET scan went well for your friend. She is in my prayers. Actually, everyone who has cancer gets a prayer from me daily. You see, I have stage 4 ovarian cancer. With prayer anything is possible. It will be almost 1 year since I've needed chemo. I have stabilized, not remission, but I'm not getting worse. If it can happen with me, (stabilizing) it can happen with your friend too. The warm embrace from her friends and the power of prayer will bless her. You're a good friend to ask for that small favor you asked on her behalf. You're a good friend. Please keep us updated. Kathy
