Valentine's Day Digital Scrapbook Pages

Happy Sunday Everyone!

First, I want to start by thanking those of you who left me such nice comments on my last post.  I have been feeling a bit overwhelmed lately with all that I have on my plate and when I expressed it to you guys I felt nothing but support.  Thank you for that.  I feel your love and friendship.  So, with that said.....  I thought I would share my Valentine's Day with you all.

Today is Sunday, so after church I usually take time to do a little family history work, also known as scrapbooking!  I have been digitial scrapbooking a lot lately, simply because it is faster and also, I can make discs for all my children when they move out.  I use Photoshop Elements.  Jessicasprague.com has a lot of great classes you can take if you are brand new to digi scrapbooking.  I learned a lot from YouTube tutorials as well.  Here are some pages that I made today.  Love to you all!  I hope you are doing well.  I really and truly appreciate your comments.  Sometimes when I blog, I feel like I am talking to myself.  LOL!  I'm sure you feel like that, too.

  1. Very Cute! I have never done a digital layout....although reading your statement about putting them on discs for your children made so much more sense than a bunch of albums!! I just am not sure I can do it though! Thank you for sharing!

  2. Super cute layouts Robyn!! I love that little journaling card, "mushy stuff goes here"!!! I'm totally asking for a digi class from Jessica Sprague for my birthday this year, I've taken a couple of others from her and they are great!! (Gorgeous roses in that picture by the way, talk about color!!!)

  4. I love the idea of your annual pink breakfast. I decided to do my own little version this year and I made pink heart shaped pancakes and decorated a little. The kids were so surprised when they woke up! I'm going to make it a tradition:)

  7. Great digital layouts Robyn! Looks like some great memories were made this Valentine's Day! I remember the days my 6 boys were little. I would have never been able to blog along with my scrapbooking so I commend you in all you do with your 5 children. Your doing great and you don't have to blog everyday. Do what you can and what is important, the other things will fall into place as needed. Hugs!

  9. These are great LO pages. Thanks for sharing what digital software you use. I might have to give it a try. I have so many pictures and not enough time to scrap . You have worked so hard and you deserve to put your family first. Blogging will always be there when you have time. Enjoy family they are grown before you know it.

  12. Thanks for sharing your digi pages. Another good source for information/training on Photoshop Elements is NAODS.com She has some free classes/webinars but you can also join for $200/year and take all her courses. She has live courses as well as many videos to watch.

  14. I was so excited to see that you had posted something.....little nervous you were gone for good! I have learned so much from you and hope there is still some time in your day for posting from time to time. Love your digital pages....AND the tradition of Pink breakfast! COOL! My daughter tells me there are certain things I do at holidays that just MAKE the holiday for her! Funny how those little touches are so important. Hope you have lots of time with family and touch their lives and hearts as you have so many through your blog! Thanks!
