Back From Camp and More!

Hello Everyone!!

I'm back from our church's Girls Camp!  Did you miss me??  It was an absolutely FABULOUS week! I cannot even begin to describe how much joy I had getting to know the 13 little 14 year olds in my cabin.  Our cabin was the coolest (OF COURSE) cabin in the entire camp.  It's true!  Just ask the girls.  We spoiled them with homemade goodies, candy, and let them stay up a little later than the scheduled time.  (You try and get 13, 14 year olds to bed on time and let me know how it goes!  LOL!)

 Did you know that I have super awesome BOW SKILLS?  Neither did I!!  BUT, apparently I do!  I was the first person at camp to pop the balloon that was attached to the bullseye!  Those are some skills, huh??

 See, look!  I am even humble about it!  LOL!!

 Check out my totally chillin' spot in the cabin!  Just kickin' back and letting the girls have a GREAT time!  Yes, I was still rockin' the PINK and ZEBRA at camp!  You should have seen my bling, pink flip flops that I wore around our cabin area!  

 I was so lucky that both of my girls were there at camp with me!

I guess you could say that our cabin was messy!!  LOL!!

 Look!  I'm just like one of the Young Women, getting my hair braided and all that other girlie camp stuff that goes on!

 So super fun to let the older girls put a chalk mask on my face.  Scary, huh??

So here is more of an update for everyone.  Yesterday at church I was called to be the Relief Society President for my Ward.  If you are familiar with my church you know what a huge job I have ahead of me.  I feel very unqualified and unprepared but I know that this is what the Lord needs me to do.  Here is a little about the Relief Society and you can click HERE to learn more about my religion...

What is the Relief Society?

The Relief Society is the oldest and largest women's organization in the world. Relief Society was established in 1842 for women 18 years of age and older. Its purpose is to build faith and personal righteousness, strengthen families and homes, and help those in need.

  I will be slowing down the business part of my blog just a little but still am super excited to share all of my other craftin', family, cookin', faith, etc. stuff that I do on here.  Also, don't forget that we are having a SUPER FUN new release hop this Friday beginning at 10:00 am CST!  I think we will also have MPS live at 11:30!!

I am busy at camp today but thought I would share this tins that I made for my 2 daughters attending the Girl's Camp.  Every year I send a surprise for the leaders to put on my daughter's bunk.  This year I get to do it myself!!!  My youngest daughter keeps asking if I've made them anything yet since they've only seen me working on the projects for all the other girls.  This is my 12 year olds first time at camp just like me!

Easy Digi Scrapbook Pages!

Happy Monday Everyone!!


I leave tomorrow for Girls' Camp for 5 days!!  I am so super excited and a little nervous, too.  Since I am a convert to my church this is the first time I will have ever been to Girls' Camp.  This is something that all girls ages 12-14 go to every summer for faith and fellowship.  Ooooober excited!!


I have been doing a lot of SIMPLE digital scrapbooking lately.  I have to!  I am 3 full years behind now and have thousands of pictures to catch up on!  Just wanted to share a couple quick pages.  I use Photo Shop Elements.  You can learn how to digi scrap by taking a digi class at JessicaSprague.com for real instruction.  The more I learn the more I will add but for now the pictures and journaling are the most important part of my pages.  

Also, don't forget that we will be having another HUGE NEW RELEASE event, Friday, June 22nd beginning at 10 am CST!!  Going to be really fun and GREAT!!  See you all there!  I might even do a live broadcast!!
