Young Women in Excellence

Hello All!

How is your Sunday going so far?  Mine is going great but it seems like it has been such a loooooong day!  I had a meeting an hour before church started, then 3 hours of church, came home baked some pumpkin cupcakes, went out and visited 4 sisters in my ward, then had a Young Women's activity with my 2 daughters back up at the church.  PHEW!  I am ready for bed!!

Did you all know that Thanksgiving is a week from THIS Thursday?  I was a week behind!  I thought I still had 2 and a half weeks to go.  You know what that means, don't you?  Karlee will be here a week from Wednesday with her family and then our annual Black Friday adventures!!  YIKES!  Has it been a year already??  Talk to you all soon!!

Hi Robyn, I was kind of behind too. In my thoughts, that is. I knew it was next week, but I thought next week was much further away.

I look forward to and dread Sundays at the same time. Same as you, I am LDS and have the same activities. I love going to Sacrament, and class and Relief Society. But it's such a whirlwind that it's hard to take it all in sometimes. And add ontop of that meetings for the kiddos with Bishop, and throwing food at them in between...it's a blur some Sundays.

What great looking young ladies....Time does fly by. I was wondering if you ever stamped on sheer material..........I have some old white sheers that I was thinking about stamping and using for Christmas this year........I posted using your stamps and wondered if you would stop by and take a look. I am a long time follower.

What beautiful young ladies you have!

Yes, some Sundays are absolutely crazy busy for my husband. Other days too! Just within two weeks he had just walked in the door after conducting a funeral of a great guy in our ward when someone called to let him know of the passing of another sweet sister. Then the day after HER funeral he got another call. We have a lot of cute elderly people in our ward. It's sad to see them go. Our R.S. President and C.S.L. has been pretty busy too.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts, ideas, etc. and inspire the rest of us!
