Coconut Cupcakes & Goodie Bags

Happy Friday Night Everyone!

I just wanted to share some cupcakes and goodie bags that I put together the other day.  One of my closest friends is moving to New Orleans on Sunday so we had a going away dinner party for her.  Don't they look YUMMY!!??

Click HERE to see the recipe I used for the vanilla cupcake.

This is what I used for the coconut frosting.

8 oz of cream cheese
5 Tbsp butter (softened)
2-3 Tbsp milk
1 small bottle coconut extract
3-5 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup coconut (for the topping)

She told me that her favorite treats were Butterfinger and Peanut M&Ms so I put them in her goodie bags!

Here is little card I made specifically for her!
