Weird because I'm kind of embarrassed posting my weight on this website but I wasn't on My Pink Loser! (blushing)! How about if I just put how much I've lost since last week and how much I have to go?? Okay, that's what I'm doing!
Weekly Weight Loss - .8 pounds! I'll take it!!
Pounds to go - 18.4 (I can do it!)
This week since I've been feeling better, I have been playing a lot of tennis and running!!
Friday - 2 hours of tennis, ran 1 mile on the treadmill
Saturday - 1 1/2 hours of tennis, ran 4 miles on the treadmill (go Robyn!)
Sunday - No exercise. My day of rest.
Monday - Ran 3 miles.
Tuesday - 2 hours of high intensity tennis. Lots of running around the court!
Wednesday - 3 miles on the treadmill. Upper body weights.
I have been trying to keep track of everything I have been eating. It really does help to write it all down. I have been using the techniques I learned from Weight Watchers and making sure that I am eating enough filling foods so that I am not starving during the day. I LOOOOVE my BodyMedia arm band, even though it was kind of pricey. I figure that since I am not paying for a meeting right now, it is so worth it!
