My Pink Loser - Wednesday Weigh In & Check In!

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

I hope you all had a FABULOUS Valentine's Day!  My husband and I actually had a pretty comical one last night.  We came to the conclusion that the most important thing about our marriage is each other and if everything doesn't go according to plan, that is okay!  LOL!  We waited 2 hours to be sat at a restaurant then ended up leaving and going to a fast food hamburger place and had a yummy dinner.  It's all about the company you are with, right?  It actually was a pretty funny situation.    Here are some of our Valentine's Day pictures...

Here is a picture from our ALL PINK Valentine's Breakfast.  I started this tradition about 5 years ago and it is something that my kids look forward to every Valentine's.  The great thing is that I usually don't have to cook anything!  I am still making my kids a hot breakfast before school every day but I didn't have to on Pink Day because of all the yummy pre-made pink stuff!!

Okay, now after looking at all the pink Yummy goodness, how about I do my weekly weigh in!  LOL!! I was thinking that it would be bad this morning especially since I had a hamburger, french fries, and ice cream last night but I did okay.  Here we go....

This week's weight loss:  1.2

Pounds to go:  17.2

Total weight lost:  9.8 since December  25th

I am still wearing my Body Media arm band and finding that it is working great for me.  For example, the other night I had some dessert that I probably shouldn't have.  I plugged in my armband to my computer and figured out how many more calories I needed to lose for the day to cover it.  Then, I turned on the music in My Pink Loft and danced off the extra 200 calories!!  Normally I would have just given up for the night!

Don't miss tomorrow!  I have a very special Guest Designer!!

  13. Congrats on the weight loss Robyn!!! You're doing such a good job. I wish it was me loosing. I need to get off about 40 lbs. I'm disabled so just about any exercise is out of the question. If you know of any good things to do when you suffer from back problems like me, PLEASE let me know. Thanks so much!

  16. That's awesome with your weightloss! I totally hear you. I'm training to go to DC with the Girl Scouts in June. I get on an eliptical for 15 mins and a treadmill for 5 mins almost every day. Since January I've lost 20lbs - about 10lbs a month! It's so hard, but we can do it!

Love you're pink breakfast! We're doing pink heart shaped pancakes for breakfast on Saturday - can't wait!!

  19. Well done Robyn! Congrats on the weight loss keep it up. The best part of the Valentine's Day dinner is the person across the table so it really doesn't matter what you eat.

  23. I was down 1 pound this week (17 more to go), but we went to Red Lobster tonight for valentine dinner and I probably gained the pound back and then some. But it tasted so good! I'll be back on track tomorrow. Keep up the great work Robyn!!

  24. I'm new to this blog. Just ordered a cricut expression 2. I'm really not experienced with the scrapbooking, but it looks like sooo much fun! I just can't wait until it gets here. It should be here Saturday! I stumbled upon your blog just surfing the web. I am now hooked. I hope to make some beautiful things with the new cricut and some help from your website. My 6 year old daughter is just as excited as I am about our new toy!
