My Pink Stamper Not So Live with Jinger Adams (Episode 268)

Hey Everyone!

I am safe and sound at my home in Oklahoma.  I flew home a day early due to the blizzard that is arriving tonight.  Our airport is already closed for tomorrow among many other things.

Unfortunately, I am not going to host a My Pink Stamper Live tonight.  I am honestly too pooped to party and Karlee & the girls at the condo are at a dinner.  I have filmed a quick clip with Jinger earlier this morning and she tells us what she is giving away.  Just watch the video and leave me a comment.  I will pick the winners tomorrow, along with all the other winners from the last two weeks.

Good luck everyone!!

Having Fun with Cricut

Phew!  I finally have internet after being down for a day and a half!  So much to share with you!  Let's start with a video I took at the Provo Craft Gala.  Totally fun and cute!

Tonight, Monday night, we are still having My Pink Stamper Live at 8:00 PM pst BUT the plans have changed.  I am flying home tomorrow morning instead of Tuesday afternoon due to a storm that is heading to Oklahoma.  It is going to be a BIG DEAL.  I am still planning on hosting and Karlee, Tammy, and the bunch are going to be watching and chiming in on the chat from our Hollywood condo.

Okay, here is video #1!!!

On my way to CHA

Hey Guys!

I am on my way to CHA! I'm at the airport right now getting ready to board the plane. I will be meeting up with Karlee on the next plane so that we will arrive together. Our first stop this morning is the Cricut Circle Swarm in LA, then it is on to our condo in Hollywood where 6 of us girls will be hanging out, including Tammy Skinner. I will be having as many updates available as I can squeeze in. I even am traveling with my tripod!

For regular updates click on the Facebook tab at the top of my page.

Sooooo super excited. PC will be sharing some big stuff and you will hear it first here. I am also the "unofficial" PC Pink Reporter. Did you all know that I'm with the Media this year? So cool!

For those of you attending CHA come and visit me at the Provo Craft booth tomorrow at 1:00 or 2:00. My Pink Stamper is sponsoring one of Jinger's on stage classes! I'll be up there with her, too.

Yes, this CHA is not open to the public but the one this Summer in Chicago is and I will be there, too!

Yikes! My plane is boarding. Got to go!

It's My Birthday!! Challenge and Giveaways!!

Happy Birthday to ME!!!!

Yep!  Today is really my birthday!  I am the big 3-8 today.  You never would have guessed it, huh??  I act sooooo much more mature.  LOL!!  Okay, so I am young at heart, nothing wrong with that.  I thought that since today is my day to celebrate, I would involve you guys, too!  I have some fun giveaways to share & a challenge.  Everyone who enters the challenge will be eligible to win one of the 2 prizes.  Ready to find out what we are doing????

First, let's start with a trip down memory lane.  Who's memory??  Mine, of course!!

Even at a young age my mother could not get me off the phone!!  Isn't that the cutest picture EVER??

Yep!  You guessed it!  I was a cheerleader for 2 years in High School.  I was the nice one, though.  :)  Karlee and I agree that we probably wouldn't have been friends then.  She was a total jock and I was a total rah rah!  LOL!!
I made it!!  I graduated!!!  This is the last picture I have of me and my father.  He passed away of the effects of alcoholism when I was only 21 years old.  That was the year before I joined my church and met Bryan, my husband.  That was a really rough time in my life.  I treasure this picture and always will until I see him again.  :)
This is when I finally left the hospital after having my 5th child.  I suffered from severe postpardum depression when I returned home for about 2 months.  It was a very trying time but I made it through and I had a beautiful and supportive family who helped me through it.
I have been very blessed with good friends in my life.  I honestly do not know what I would have done without Karlee in my life.  We have only been friends for about 4 years now but it seems like we've known each other forever.  Karlee's birthday is on Thursday so don't forget to go over and wish her a Happy Birthday, too.

I am happy to be 38.  In 2 years I turn the big 4-0 and I am going to celebrate.  A lot of huge milestones will happen that year.  My baby will start Kindergarten and my oldest will be starting high school!  The older I get, the younger I feel, though.  It's crazy!!

A few random things that I know you are all DYING to know about me!!  LOL!!

Favorite color:  Pink
Favorite candy:  Laffy Taffy & Twizzlers Pull & Peel
Favorite TV Show:  Little House on the Prairie
Favorite Movie:  Pride & Prejudice
Favorite Book:  Chronicles of Narnia & Little House on the Prairie.  I also love a good cheesy Christian romance book.
Morning or Night Person?  We all know the answer right?
Where I would love to visit someday?  Australia!
Favorite thing to do when nobody is around?  Dance in my office, kitchen, anywhere!  Okay, I don't care if anyone is around!!

Okay, onto the challenge!  How about you make a birthday project!!  Post it below with the link button.
How about I give away 2 cartridges.....

Simply Charmed

 Twinkle Toes
Remember that all you have to do to enter is make a project with a birthday theme!  I can't wait to see what you come up with!!  Don't forget to check out my Hello Thursday posts so far HERE.

Tomorrow will be our first Design Team Post of the year so you won't want to miss it!!  Over 20 projects with one theme!!

Listen With Your Heart SINGO Game

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Okay, this is going to have to be a quick post.  I have 3 little boys I still need to get ready for church, my husband is at a meeting, and we have to leave in 20 minutes!!

Today for my Primary Singing lesson I am doing a review game by playing SINGO.  I have been playing this game for over 2 1/2 years since I have been the Primary Chorister in our church.  The children love it!!

I used the new Martha Stewart Birthday Cakes Cartridge for the font and hearts.

To play SINGO, I have the kids that I select from a bucket, come up and pick a heart.  Each heart has a letter and number on it that goes along with a heart on the board.  After they pick the heart they lift it up and everyone has to do what it says.  Sometimes it asks a question, sometimes the entire children have to sing a song.  The kids really enjoy it.

To view my other posts that go along with this song click HERE & HERE.

I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday.  I have had a lot of things to work on this week and I am so glad for the reminder to listen with my heart this week.  Some things are just not as important as the world makes them seem.  :)  Love you all!!
