Cupcakes & Cards for friends!

Happy Wednesday Everyone!!

Here are a couple quick cards I made along with some yummy cupcakes for some friends who had birthdays last week.  This is a similar card that I made in my latest Cupcake Crazy video.  Hope you enjoy!  I've added the Raspberry Cupcake recipe below.

For the card I used My Pink Stamper Birthday Crazy Stamp Set along with Sweet Treats Cricut Cartridge.

Raspberry Cupcake Recipe:

In a mixing bowl add:
1 stick softened butter (whip it)
1 cup sugar (mix until fluffy)
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp raspberry extract
Mix Well.
Add 2 eggs
Mix Well.
Add 1 1/2 Cups Self Rising Flour
Just barely mix.
Add 1/2 C. milk.
Mix.
Do not overmix cupcakes or they will be dry.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 17-19 minutes.  Do the toothpick test after 17 minutes.  They should be light and fluffy.

Lemon Frosting:

1 1/2 sticks softened butter (whip it)
Slowly add big bag of powdered sugar.
Add 2 -3 tsp lemon extract.
1/4 cup milk.
Mix well.
Add your desired food coloring.
