Listen With Your Heart SINGO Game

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Okay, this is going to have to be a quick post.  I have 3 little boys I still need to get ready for church, my husband is at a meeting, and we have to leave in 20 minutes!!

Today for my Primary Singing lesson I am doing a review game by playing SINGO.  I have been playing this game for over 2 1/2 years since I have been the Primary Chorister in our church.  The children love it!!

I used the new Martha Stewart Birthday Cakes Cartridge for the font and hearts.

To play SINGO, I have the kids that I select from a bucket, come up and pick a heart.  Each heart has a letter and number on it that goes along with a heart on the board.  After they pick the heart they lift it up and everyone has to do what it says.  Sometimes it asks a question, sometimes the entire children have to sing a song.  The kids really enjoy it.

To view my other posts that go along with this song click HERE & HERE.

I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday.  I have had a lot of things to work on this week and I am so glad for the reminder to listen with my heart this week.  Some things are just not as important as the world makes them seem.  :)  Love you all!!

  14. My husband and I are in charge of our seniors at church and have monthly activities for them. We play different forms of "bingo" for candy. I am going to try and think of how to bring this idea in. Thanks for sharing, so many ways I can use this idea.

  16. I love reading your Sunday posts. You truly love working with the Primary children. I think this would make a great FHE game! I remember what it was like to get myself ready along with 2 boys in time for church. I was so happy when they learned to dress themselves successfully. :) I kind of miss it now that they are grown. Have a wonderful Sunday Robyn and I can't wait to see your next video!

  23. How fun. Yes, I agree some things are just not as important as the world makes them. You have to choose in your heart what's most important and what's not. I have been teaching our son about lessons on listening with his heart and listening to GOD before he does things.
