Tuesday Greetings Everyone!!
I was planning on posting the Twinkle Toes Winner yesterday morning but things were delayed by one day.  Karlee and her family were planning on leaving on Sunday but due to a small medical emergency their trip home was delayed by a day.  They just left yesterday morning.  They are all fine and for more details check Karlee's blog to see if she wants to share the story.  Not really my place to.  :)

When my children were growing up, we would spend Christmas eve with my husband's mother. She had an open house for family and friends, then after everyone left the children got to open their presents from Grandma. We then went home and had our own Christmas the next morning. I have tried to keep that tradition going in my family and have done this the last 10 years. We moved to Nebraska from Az. 3 years and have kept the tradition going here. I am really sad about this year because our son and his family has been transferred to Colorado Springs with the Air Force. Since we will be spending Christmas there I have been forced to stop the tradition for now and hopefully when they return in 4 years we can resume. My family looks so forward to this tradition because we have dinner, sing Christmas carols and my husband reads the story of Christ from the Bible....

I am thankful for......

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
I thought I would share with you the top things that I am thankful for in my life...
#1 - My FamilyI feel like I have been blessed with the best family in the world.  Although my life is very chaotic most of the time, I am grateful for the people who make the noise. Just maybe not the noise.  :)

My big brother Jeff, who I got to see this past Spring for the first time in 14 years!  It was such a great reunion!!  

 My mom, who I wish lived closer so we could go shopping and craft more!  My little sister Amber, who I am so happy for that she found her eternal companion and gets to do what she loves the most and share with others......act!

 My sister Christy, who is like a best friend more than a sister.

#2 - Friends

My Bestest Friend Karlee

So much to say about my bestie!  Karlee and I have been buds for about 3 years now and I am soooo grateful!    We have the funnest times together EVER.  I am so lucky that someone likes me enough to visit me every few months and go to My Pink Stamper events!  That is a true friend! 

My awesomest friend Julie

Julie has been a friend of mine for many years now.  She is always there if I need something and helps me soooo much!  It is nice that our daughters are BFFs, too!

#3 - My Awesome Hobby & FriendsI cannot even begin to describe how thankful I am that my husband bought me a Cricut after my 5th baby was born.  Not only did that bug help me overcome my postpartum depression but it opened up a whole new world of online friends and possibilities.  
2x's a year now Karlee and I get to attend CHA where we have met the most amazing people and made the best of friends.  This is Jinger below who is the spokesperson for Provo Craft and she is just a doll!

I'm so grateful for my friend, Tammy.  We get to work together on Hello Thursday projects for Provo Craft and I couldn't be happier.  She is the sweetest, most  giving person I know.  She does so many kind acts of service that you will never even know about because Tammy is the type of person who keeps a lot of them to herself. That is a great example to us all!

 I am thankful for all of my helpers from CHA and all of my Design Team members past & present.  I have been very blessed to work with the kindest people on the planet!

 I am thankful that, even as a stay at home mom of 5, I get to do what I love and share with others.  That is truly what I love about this hobby!

 I am thankful that the Lord has blessed my talent and turned it into something more.  Not only am I able to share what I love with others but I am able to travel and have new experiences. 

#4 - My ChurchWhere do I even start here?  This should actually be more at the top of my list.  I am so thankful for my Father in Heaven and the Plan of Salvation.  I joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints when I was 22 years old and had just had the worst year of my life.  I am so eternally grateful to know that I cannot only live with Him again someday but that I can live with my family forever.  

 I am also thankful to live in a place where we have the freedom of religion and we get to decide what we believe.  

#5 - ExerciseI am thankful that I was able to learn how to get my body healthy before it was too late!  Here is my before picture.  

I cannot believe that I was able to lose 50 pounds and train for a marathon all in 8 months!!  It is amazing what our bodies can do when we push them to their limits.  

 Even though I have gained back about 14 pounds I am still grateful that I have the right tools to get my body in shape and healthy again.  I will start updating www.thepinkloser.blogspot.com again starting Monday.  My journey is beginning again.
I just want you to know that I am thankful for all of you, too.  Whether you have been with me from the beginning of my blog or if you are brand new.  YOU motivate me, encourage me, and inspire ME!!

Happy Monday Everyone!!!
I hope you all had an outstanding weekend!  I had a GREAT one!  Yesterday the Primary children performed in our church's Sacrament meeting.  I have been teaching them the songs all year long and they did PERFECT!  Everything went very smoothly and you could definitely feel the spirit of peace in the room.  Beautiful!!

Cricut Lite Twinkle Toes Cartridge

Okay, it's turned into another one of Robyn's Crazy Days!!  Can you believe that I honestly thought I would be able to craft a little today and get caught up on things?  My 5 year old woke up feeling yucky, so I took him & my 10 year old in and they have strep throat, too.  My other children who had it are now over it.  That only leaves one child out of 5 who has not had it yet.  Let's cross our fingers on that one!
