My 12 year old daughter is so excited! She even named it "Cupcake"! She thinks it is hers alone but we will see. I am sure she is going to use it to decorate her cupcakes a lot though.

My best friend claims I'm an enabler. You've got me beat. lol Decorating cakes and cupcakes has always been difficult for me, in that the body heat in my hands melts the frosting before I can get it on the cake. This little mini, just might be the answer to my problems. :)
I believe the first Cricut cake is male and that the mini is female. But what do I know.

Most of the guy family and friends I have are EXCELLENT cooks (and bakers) and I can't tell you how great it is to enjoy the things they make. So, it is certainly within the realm of possibility that Mini is a GUY!
I say BOY because REd is more of a boy color, it's small and compact and your know girls take up more room and love their space. Also, it has less buttons and does less. Sounds like a BOY to me. GIRLS do way more then BOYS :-)

Cupcake should be a boy. My husband bakes all kinds of deserts, enters a cheesecake in our county fair, but never, ever cooks the dinner. He's a better cake decorator than I am!
