The Pirate Bride

Hello Everyone!

This post is not crafting related but it is close to my heart.  A good friend of mine, Anna McKinley, who is only 11 years old, has written a great chapter book for children.  My oldest daughter, who is 12, read it and loved it!  Anna is sponsoring my blog for one month so if you would like to check out their website or click on the button on the right that would be great!  I think she is my youngest sponsor yet!  I am so excited for her and this new venture.  I really appreciate the courage it takes to challenge yourself and try something new.  Good luck Anna!!

Wow! Best of luck to Anna. May this be just the start of a wonderful writing career. To be published at the age of 11, she must be a terrific writer.

I have forwarded the link to the librarian at my daughter's school with an offer to buy some copies if they will accept the books.

Wow! What a wonderful story! I have no little ones anymore, but I sure do know some. Or I'd even be happy to donate a book to the grade/middle school library!

Wow, Robyn,

This is so inspiring. While my kids are grown, I do have many nieces and nephews who will enjoy receiving this for Christmas.

Congratulations, Anna!
