Imagine That Week 1 (Episodes 238 & 239)

Well, hello Everyone!

Welcome to my very first Imagine That Wednesday!  I am devoting one day a week to the Imagine.  The rest of the week will be my regular blog posts with all the machines, etc.  I will be shortly looking for a few guest Imagine Designers so be on the look out for my post.  Don't e-mail me about that just yet.

Okay, I have had my Imagine for a couple of weeks now and one of the biggest questions I have received is about calibrating your Imagine.  I made this video to answer that for you.
Another question I receive regularly is about what type of white cardstock will work in the Imagine.  Here is a video where I show the side by side comparisons.
Here is a card I made using one of the images I cut.  I added white gems to the bottom using the i - rock from Imaginisce.  Hope you enjoy it!

To answer some more questions.  Yes, I will see be using my Cricut Expression regularly.  The Imagine is not replacing it.  It is just giving me another wonderful tool to work with.

For this week's "Imagine That" giveaway we are very lucky to have Beacon Adhesives sponsoring us.  The owner's wife has designed Flashbright, which are these awesome reflectors that our children can wear when they are out Trick or Treating!  Just leave a comment below with a way you can be reached if you win.

Thanks Everyone!

  153. Really love the sticker idea. This lady should come up with some glow in the dark vinyl we could use in the cricut/imagine machines to cut.

  159. Love your imagine videos, although I love all of your videos, you a huge inspiration to me girl! I ended up switching my stylus with the original gypsy stylus myself (I ordered the same pink cover/stylus as you did). I just wasn't digging the spike gripper, it was kinda painful lol. But thanks for the giveaway, Robyn! I don't have any kids myself, but I have nephews that would love those for trick or treating :)

  161. Thank You!!! I was almost ready to ship my Imagine back to HSN. I am having alot of trouble calibrating the cut. I am getting too much cut, some of the design, on the bottom and not enough on the top. When it asks to choose the lines that are best aligned, do you pick the ones that are right together or next to each other? Hope that makes sense. Thanks so much. Sandy C. sczcec@yahoo.com

  167. Thanks for the tutorials. The recalibration one was extremely vital for me. I will be recaibrating soon just to be on the safe size. And the cardstock tutorial was very interesting, My mistake was not ordering the Bazzil paper with the Imagine. 12" x 12" cardstock in bulk is not easy to find in stores. I am going to have to order from the company to get it in bulk. Thanks for your help.

  176. Great product - As a year round runner reflective gear for all ages is so very important - keep something reflective on yourself and your kids all year round - even a small decorative tag, like a flower or heart will allow you to be seen!
