My NEW Blinkie & an AWESOME giveaway!!

Happy Wednesday Everyone!
This morning I slept in for the last time this Summer. My kids start school tomorrow. It is going to be so quiet around my house but all of my children are ready to go back. We had information day for 3 of my children yesterday and they are all happy with their teachers. No tears this year like last year. How exciting!
Have you all noticed my new Grab Blinkie on my left bar today? I had my designer make this just for you guys! Isn't it SUPER cute?? If you would like to add it to your blog or replace one of my old blinkies on your blog, just copy ALL of the code and paste it into your HTML Gadget on your own blog.
Also, Provo Craft has given me a Cricut Expression to give away!! WOO HOO!! I am going to pick the winner next Wednesday, August 25th! Please only leave ONE comment on THIS post sharing what you love about your Cricut or if you do not have one yet, what you would love to use it for.

Not only is it perfect for scrapbooking or card making, but can be used for an endless amount of options, which in the end makes you save money. All you have to do is think outside the box, brainstorm and use your imagination! I would love to win one! My husband makes all his cards for me by hand and is more creative than I am! Our youth pastor has used it a few time for signs and such in the church and he also fell in love with it. I currently have a Personal Cricut. I love it being that it's my first...But, I do feel limited to a certain point with with it. Some of the Carts have envelope and card making features and on my personal the biggest envelope i can make is at about 2 1/2 or 3 dial size which gives me a very little envelope...So i use it for the basic card making. The expression would definetely help me get open and make bigger dolls, princess', robotz...I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THE EXPRESSION CRICUT!!!

The students use the Cricut to create display boards for their leadership competitions, assignments, and posters. Some students work on personal albums after school. It was a wonderful experience when the students created cards for the soldiers to mail home to their families during the holidays. When the students host a Scrapbooking & Card Crop to raise money for the food pantry, the Cricut is available for the attendees. I have been using my Cricut to make cute, blank name cards for the nurses in our unit to write our patients names on and post on their beds. We also love to use these cards to attach footprints and/or handprints of the babies for the parents. The parents like to take these cards home to include in their babies scrap books! The creativity with the Cricut is endless. If you gave the Cricut to me, I would probably donate it to my unit at work so that other crafty nurses could create scrap book pages to accompany the snapshots of the babies. We night shifters can get pretty creative during the night - and the parents miss out - so we like to take pictures when appropriate!
