Episode 210 - To Be a Princess (Scrapbook Page)
Hello from Utah!!
Wow! What a day it has been. My kids and I made it to the airport on time but as soon as our shuttle dropped us off at the entrance we turned around and there was a twister on the ground a few miles away! We were at a safe distance and it didn't seem to be headed our way so I grabbed my video camera and got a quick shot. I will share that with you all over on my Facebook page tomorrow. It was CRAZY!!!

Your son is adorable! And so is your dress! I was wondering though...is there another layer to the Royal Diva? I keep reading Royal 'DNA' and it just doesn't fit.

I can't imagine what it's like just getting ready for your trip (packing for such a large family & preparing for your sister's wedding), never mind doing all of this crafting so you could post even when you're away! Very cute layout. Your son is adorable. I always say that is why I cannot scrap at home because either DS or DD interrupt and want me to make stuff with them and I end up not getting my scrapbook done but they have several projects for their books and walls LOL

Love the layout and your dress but my favorite part is when your prince says "will you hold me?" my little guy (who is no longer little) used to say that every afternoon after nap - brought back some great memories.

Welcome to Utah and sorry you were greated with rain- the weather here is so tempermental lol our weather people really have their jobs cut out for them here :) Anyways I love the page and the dress is beautiful. Your price sure is a cutie!

Robyn this has got to be my favorite video you've ever made, I love how excited you are about your dress (you look beautiful in it). I love the layout but I especially love that sweet little voice that comes in in the middle of the video. Love them when they are little because it doesn't last long enough. Oh and the dance at the end - had me wellin'. You are precious and your children are so lucky to have you as their mother. God Bless You!

You dancing with your son was so sweet. I remember dancing with mine. It was more to rock sounds though. lol Before I "changed my ways", I can remember being carded to go into a club to meet my son. I was 43 at the time. I thought the guy was joking. Wish you could have seen the expression of the guy who had asked me to dance as my son came up & said "Hey, Mom!" That guy's mouth fell open!!! So funny. Let's see that was like 25 years ago and my son has went to be with the Lord. He had just turned 42 when he died of an lung infection he didn't even know he had. Better stop or the tears will come. Need to get back to happy! Enjoy your children!!!

How fascinating! The dress is a shade of pink just for you. It also matches the walls. I think the bride chose that dress with just you in mind.
Interesting that the bridesmaid dress are shorter in length now. That makes it easier to use again.

I use bridesmaid dresses to chop up the fabric and make a craft to give the happy couple on their 1st anniversary. I like to sew a muslin bunny and make a dress for it with the wedding fabric! Cute. Love your toes! Or you can let your daughters play dress up with the dress now...

I think I got a bit teary seeing you dance with your "little Prince," oh the memories it brought back, as my Princes are 20 & 28. Your dress is so lovely, & I believe you will need to go to a nice dinner sometime and wear the dress once again. I think it is a timeless style and your daughters could definitely wear it for one of their dances.
Oh did I forget to tell you how cute your scrapbook page is??? I love the castle, the colors you chose, and your "formula" for scrapbooking, I have used it twice now, and have been so happy with the results!!! It is a beautiful page.

So nice you could see your family. Thanks for posting. I used this same castle for a princess guest book for a little girl at school who was having a birthday party. I used almost the same colors on the castle and then put a pile of flowers underneath for the castle to rest on. I loved how easily it went together. Thanks again for all of your videos. You've really kept me crafting.
