Hi Everyone!!
I bet you are all wondering where I have been, huh? Well, I have been hit with one of the worst bugs I have seen. I am still kind of out of sorts but hopefully on the mend soon. It has been a LONG week but looking on the bright side, things can only get better from here on out. I have been on meds now since Friday night and hopefully they will start taking effect by tomorrow. I still have the sore throat and upper resp. congestion. Better than last night, though, I think.
If I am feeling better tomorrow I will post this week's winner of the Forever Young cartridge. I have A LOT planned for this week's Hello Thursday unveiling from Provo Craft. There is A TON you won't want to miss and I hope I am up for everything that I have to do for it. Good thing I already filmed a video a few days before I got sick. That is at least one new video you will see this week.
My voice COMPLETELY left me this week and I am slowly getting it back but it is very hoarse. I think if I filmed a video tomorrow you would not even recognize me. LOL!!
I hope you are all having a terrific Sunday. It has been a very special day for us here. My son, who just turned 8 last week, was baptized tonight. It was a very sweet service.

I am glad your doing better. I have had you in my prayers often. I thought of you many times today. I miss you... weird to say as I only know you from online but I look forward to your posts and videos every day... odd how that is huh? Best wishes for a full speedy recovery from the bug!

BTW, I had a really bad bug in December, took meds and finally took Lysene and it totally helped!

Hi Robyn. I hope you are feeling better and that your son had a wonderful birthday. I was just laughing about how perfect the "Forever Young" cartridge fits with the fact this weekend I celebrated my 56 birthday with 4 of my best friends. We have been having a slumber party and playing with our Cricut's all weekend. We stayed in our PJ's and crafted for 2 full days. Thanks to your videos we actualy got some cards made.

Hope your feeling better soon! My 2 yr old started out with tonsillites and it then went to his ears! So its rough out here in Ohio! Take your time to get better...we'll all be here waiting when you do!!

Robyn, glad that you are starting to feel better. I just recently had strep throat, and was quite surprised that I wasn't left with laryngitis afterwards. I've had laryngitis several times, and it's no fun, especially when you have kids. (kind of hard for them to take you seriously when you're getting on to them!!) LOL

I think I had what you've got, and wanted to give you some advice... if you need it. I was sick with what you're explaining for about 2 weeks, and it was rechid! The doctors gave me steroids, which did nothing, but robitusom DM Max can clear that stuff out in a snap. I remember how horrible I felt and I had to go to class cause the semester JUST started, and work and I felt like snot the entire time but once I got ahold of the robitusom it was gone. If the stuff your doctor gave you doesn't work you might want to give it a shot! I hope you get to feeling TONS better!! Can't wait for more videos and that unveiling you're talking about! I wish you all the best! Get plenty of rest!

That ugly bug made it's way to Alabama. I have no voice today, the doctor put me on a steroid dose pack and an anti-biotic for Bronchitis and Laryngitis. I am a nurse and use this voice all day. Had to call out today but I really must be there the rest of the week. Not quite sure how I will call patients back. Anyways, misery loves company that is why I am sharing! Get wll SOON!

Glad you are feeling better. I remember when my kids and now grandkids got baptized it was one of the greatest moments for me and my family. I still remember Daddy baptizing and confirming me and that was 41 yrs ago on Groundhog Day yes long time ago lol

I've missed your cheery posts, but fully understand since I've been under the weather for over two weeks. That bug traveled all over the U.S. Wonder if it got frequent flyer miles! Hope you get better soon.

Well I hope you are doing much better today and your in my prayers. But if you need more rest, take from someone who knows...You can make yourself relapse or take longer getting over it if you don't take time for you!!! I always had a hard time, taking time for me and I still do but it only hurts me when I don't. So you make sure to take care of yourself! We will still be right here when your better. We are not going anywhere. You have loyal fans!!!
