If anyone receives and e-mail from sandradon25@yahoo.com, please do not open it. They are someone phishing for love on my website. So far 3 people have e-mailed me this morning. It is obviously a professional. Just always be careful when you leave personal information on anyone's blog or websites. Get a separate e-mail just for posting. You can get one for free from Yahoo, Google, Hot Mail, etc. Takes a few seconds and then you have a secure way for people to get a hold of you online.
*I just want to add that this is not only happening with my website but other blogs as well. There are people who watch the blogs and websites that get a lot of hits. Just take the extra steps to keep yourself safe and never let your children comment on a blog or website.

Oh my! I just got that same email however it went right to my spam folder so I didn't even open it! Thanks for the warning.
I got the email too, unfortunately, I opened it, but sent it to spam. I use yahoo. Hopefully nothing will happen. I think if we leave an email address on one of your post it probably should read:
name at yahoo dot com - instead of using the symbols.
I have heard that you should do i this way.

I just got it too and opened it, I think if you click on the link to My Pink Stmaper website, that will lead you to a bogus website. So don't click on anything in the email. People have nothing better to do!!

Got it to, it went to my spam. I opened it and then deleted it. Just DON"T open the link in the e-mail. I usually send these to the BBB but didn't think to do that with this one wasn't thinking.
I am just thankful I didn't click on the link inside the email when I opened it up. After reading the rest of the email, you just knew it was spam/junk. I sent it to spam and then deleted it. I think I will go back and block that person too.
I use Yahoo, so it will happen on any provider it looks like. :(
I know I am guilty of using the symbols in my email address, and I have read where you should spell your email address out completely in order to avoid spam.
So- this is probably how is should read:
your name AT isp provider DOT com

I got the email too. I didn't open it because I didn't reconize the name. I too will have to find a different way to leave an email address when I post on your site. I don't have a web page so it is harder.
People are so strange, why would you take the time to do all that.

I got one from them too. I just reported them to the SPAM people of their domain. They were not really using yahoo..it was a fake account. And you can get info about them in the properties if you right click and choose properties for the email. It has all the info you really need there. Anyhoot....They are also on my blocked list. And if they pop in again, same thing will happen again. Block and report. Oh well.
