I am starting a new segment on my some of my videos. Here is my introduction along with a simple card made using the Paisley Cricut cartridge. I hope you have a great day!!
Robyn, I have a question.. On your Cricut things that cut how do you get just some of them to be certain colors and not the whole image? For instance...lets say I wanted to make the cupcake on page 61 of From my Kitchen and on the layers I wanted my Cherry and the layer Frosting to be different colors. Do I just need to cut it out for every color the whole image? Cause there are other cart's that I want multiple colors on one image and did not know if there was a way around it?
I just love that card! Those little froggies on Paisley are the cutest little things I just love them. Cute blooper outtakes, got a chuckle out of them. Theresa aka: **Treefrog** on the Cricut MB now you know why I just love those little froggies! LOL
HI Robyn, Thank you for showing us the tip. I just recently purchased the cuttlebug because I see how much fun you have with it all the time! =) Since I just got it in the mail yesterday I haven't had a chance to break it open but Now I know we can turn the folders. Thank for sharing alicewong at telusplanet dot net
Robyn, Just love this froggy card. I told my husband since I have been in contact with you and your site I am not getting anything done. I want to watch all of your videos. LOL! I don't care to watch anyone else now. You are awesome! Keep up the good work. I do want to order all of your stamps and videos too. I also wanted to know what kind of acrylic blocks for your stamps you use and where you get them?
My DD and I enjoyed your video. We have obviously been watching you a lot because when you opened the stamp pad she said 'she's going to get it on her fingers and she doesn't like that'. Made me laugh!
I love your videos but lately you look like your trying to hard. Relax we love you and if you say something wrong who cares that is part the fun!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Robyn, I think your new viewer segment is a great idea! I love that you show your bloopers & that when your making something it may not always go smoothly. I tend to struggle with trying to be a perfectionist that it prevents me from enjoying the craft. Watching your bloopers makes me giggle & reminds me to just enjoy the process. Thank you for helping me relax & I look forward to better days of crafting (especially with the help of having your blog & videos. ; ) Thank you! Thank you!
Just wanted to thank you for all your hard work, I look so forward to all your creations.Never even used the cricut machine until I found you last week and I have had it for over two years. Jenny
So I am one of those people who did not realize that you could put the folders in sideways! Seems so simple to me now! Learn something new everyday!! Thanks Robyn!
Such a cute card. I cracked up when I saw it though because believe it or not I made a card that looks the same but I used the other frog from Paisley and it says thank you. My fiance bought be both of your stamp sets and some cartridges so I had to play with them all and make him a thank you card. Guess we had the same creative juices flowing yesterday :P
I just got this cart and am so excited to play with it!! I also learned something new, I did not know that the folders could not go through horizontally!! Look forward to your new series.
It's the little tips that mean so much. It would have taken me 25 years to figure out I can turn the folder sideways!! Thanks for making sure I know that now!!!
Cute card and I totally agree that the froggie looks like he's reaching out for a hug! I'm so excited about your new segment and can't wait to see more! -Angela
Robin can you talk about some tips or show some product that can help us out here cut the cost on papercrafting. I love papercrafting/scrapbooking, but I never talk about it to people because the first reaction I always get is, "Wow that's an expensive project." So can you help me prove everyone wrong and show us how we can save some bucks?
Help! I have beeb watching your videos for about a year, then yesterday when I logged in, all of the videos are coming up as a blank space on the page. all the printed words and pictures are there but no videos. Does anyone have any idea as to why? Thanks for any help.
Such a cute card! I have the really old red Sizzix that I use for embossing. Can't decide if I should get rid of the old dinosaur and get a nice new blue cuttlebug or not. Oh well, something to ponder for a while. Thanks, Pam
Thanks to you AND the viewer who requested this video. Sure helped me & I am sure many, many people. I know it has to seem so fundamental to you with your background but there are so many of us just learning, so this really helps! You make it look so easy & it is so much better watching then reading instructions!! lol Looking forward to more of these.
Great card! I did NOT know I could put my folders in sideways - you just changed my life! WOOHOO!!!!!
Have to know where you got your pink reusable water bottle that sits on your shelf??????? Pink is my FAV COLOR and I am trying to drink more water, so maybe that will motivate me! LOL!
Thanks for filming my request on video. Now I feel silly not knowing the folders would fit sideways...DUH! But what a great lesson! We do learn so much from your videos. I even gave my SU demonstrator a great laugh!

You could have used all that extra stickles that blooped out on a fingernail. Sparkles & strong. LOL
How about cuttlebug embossing & leaving a non-embossed shape such as an oval in the center? I saw it once but can't remember how it was done. There are so many ways to use those folders including inking the inside top of the folder & embossing as usual. The ink shows up on the cardstock plus the embossing. I love them.
Thanks for all your wonderful videos, you've taught me so much about Cricut and also Cuttlebug. You are so full of energy and funny and they are short but full of info. Just wanted to ask - what is the roller adhesive you were using - looks like it holds a lot. I just went through 2 rolls on 10 scrapbook pages! What a nuisance!
I bought my cricut over a year in a half ago but didn't start to use it til I found your webpage, My pink stamper. Now I can't imagine scrapping or making cards without it! Thank you for all of the inspiration !!! =) I was wondering? Could you do a card using one of the dolls on the Paisley cartridge?

Robyn,

could you either design or suggest a site where we can find vertical stamps. Also remind people that they can use the foam between the pop dots too.
