Cold Day Challenge #2

Yes, we are still ice/snowed in here and are still FREEZING!! This morning I had to wear a coat, hat, and scarf to make breakfast. Good thing we have heat upstairs in the kids' rooms and My Pink Loft. Yaaaaa!!

We are on Challenge #2. Thanks for the idea!! It was sent to me yesterday when I was asking for requests. The Pink & Black was also a suggestion, so thank you for that one, too!!

~~:::::::Make something that is warm or Springy!!!::::::~~~

Pull out your Life's a Beach cartridge or something with flowers and create something that will help me forget about this cold!!!

Don't forget you can also still participate in the first challenge, too. Here is the link....

I'm going to try the challenge. I feel like I have been stuck for months (I live in Chicago). Today feels warm, 21°. Just saw the new cricut in colors. They have pink!! Wondering when you will get it. Just got a new cartridge from ebay, can't wait until it comes. Thanks for the motivation. Happy Scrapping!

OK, I'll give this one a shot, too, if I can get my chores squared away! My knees have been paying the price for all that walking at CHA, so I'm slow at getting things done! Hope I can play, though. This is FUN!!! Thanks for doing this, Robyn!!! Stay warm!!

Warm hugs!!!

Love the 2nd challenge. :) Hope you warm up over there soon. :) However...at the same time...sometimes it's fun to be snowed in for a little bit. :)

I'm not snowed in or anything like that, but I am a slave to the computer this weekend because I have papers to write for grad school. Luckily for me, I was able to do a little cricut/cuttlebug work making cards to have on hand while I'm busy. What I made last weekend, so far is working out well for these challenges.

Here is a link to my "Tweet" card. I didn't use the Cricuit, but I did use the Cuttlebug. It looks springy to me!

This has been an awesome weekend of tinkering and it is still Saturday. So for day 1 I started messing around with Bags on PS. Today I stepped it up a little and found a purpose for them. My son is so excited to buy flower seeds and fill the bags for Easter and friends. I love these challenges. Maybe challenge a medium that is not used...going green. Cereal Boxes?
Well enjoy!
