Congrats Robyn!! You are a great resource to everyone that scraps. My favorite is the waterfall card.S.G "

Thanks everyone for your kind comments!!!!

It's been one of those nights!

I know I am supposed to have drawn the winner for the Hello Kitty Greetings cart by now but I am having one of those nights.  First my 2 year old dumped an entire box of cereal on the hardwood floor while stomping on it to make sure it is nice and ground, then my 4 year old dresses up in his sisters' Halloween witch costume, then my 2 year old gets in the tub that his older brother was taking while fully dressed.  FUN STUFF!!!

I Ran a 5K today!!!!!

I wanted to share this on all of my blogs today because I'm just so excited!!! I've been training to run this 5k for 3 1/2 months now and today was the day.

On the way to the run I was so nervous and didn't even think I would be able to accomplish it. My stomach hurt a touch and my leg was acting up. It was a long morning. When the race was about to begin all of the sudden I started getting really excited. Excited enough to embarrass my husband, too. :) I was majorly stretching, singing songs, and just acting so silly!!

The Race. This was super hard!!! I never really knew what to expect. There were A LOT of hills that I had to climb but, you know what? I DID!!! When I finished 1K I was amazed at how fast the time went by. By the 2K I was getting a little tired. When I got to 3K I knew that I was over halfway there. When I got to 4K I was hanging in there. I actually started crying during the last K because I couldn't believe I was really doing it. I kept thinking about my father who has passed on and how proud he would have been with me for doing this. It was so neat. My husband had finished a few minutes before me and came back to run the last 50 feet or so with me. I saw the finish line and then the clock next to it ticking the time. Something in me snapped and I ran with all my might the last bit! I finished the 5K at 30 minutes and 58 seconds!!! I ran the entire race!!!! I even passed people and for awhile there nobody was right behind me!!!

What am I going to do next, you ask?? Prepare to run a 5K in October for Susan G. Koman. This time I am going to raise funds and make it mean something incredible. My daughter, who is 11, is going to train with me this summer and run it with us. What a fun thing to do together.

Thanks for letting me share this. I knew some of you would be interested. :)

Longtime No Post

Hi guys! I am so sorry I haven't posted anything new in over a week. Aside from the fact that I was super busy I have also had a head cold. I wasn't really in the creating mood much. I think I might have it back, though. :)

Here are better pictures of the party favors I made for my girls' "UN" Slumber Party. They were a huge hit and I think they turned out so adorable!

Hope you all have a fantastic day! I'm planning on making a video super soon. Maybe even later today!!

Bare Books

A friend of mine came over the other day to finish her Bare books. If you are a teacher you probably know what these are. I didn't so she had to share that with me. They are just blank books and are AWESOME!! She even brought some for me to have.

Our Silly Boy

Hi everyone!! I hope you are having a wonderful Sunday. I'm just sitting here waiting for our General Conference session to begin. Here is a scrapbook page layout I made last week. The font is from the new Life is a Beach Cricut cartridge.

The paper is from Hobby Lobby for those inquiring. :) Sorry that I forgot to add that.

Have a great day!

This Friday my girls are having an "un"slumber party. Basically it's the same thing as a slumber party but we get to send the kids home before bedtime. :) It's a win win situation for us parents!! We do not let our kids have sleepovers or slumber parties for personal reasons so this is a way for them to still feel like they are getting to experience the best part of it.

I made these invitations tonight, even though we are late sending them out. I love how they turned out. Of course they are super simple!!

On another note, I think I am getting strep throat. My 2 year old (the same one who got 9 stitches on Tuesday night) came down with Scarlet Fever yesterday and his older sister has strep throat. I knew I shouldn't have been giving him lots of snuggles and kisses last night but he needed his mama. Good thing I get to stay home and relax this weekend. We do not have to go to church tomorrow due to it being our church's General Conference. We can watch it on Satellite TV which is really nice. It is nice to be able to relax at home while still feeling like I am being spiritually fed. If you are interested what General Conference is you can go to and it is on the front page.

Okay, I'm officially going to bed. My husband should be home any minute and I'm going to have him put the kids to bed. :)

Half a Million!!!

I didn't even realize that I have reached the 1/2 million mark on my blog visits!! Thank you all for stopping by!! I hope the next 1/2 a million are just as fun for all of us.

I promise, just as soon as I get out of my funk, to post some new videos. Please leave a comment on this post if you have any requests. I will not promise to make them all but I will put them on my list and take them all into consideration.

Also, mark your calendar for National Scrapbook Day in May. I am planning my Annual Pink Stamper National Scrapbook Day Celebration. Lots of challenges, videos, and prizes. Last year I think I uploaded 6 videos just on that one day!!!

Can you even guess????

I have been scrapbooking for almost 13 years now. In that time I have made A LOT of scrapbook pages but I never imagined how many.............. until I counted them!!! Someone shared on the Cricut MB how many pages she had made so that really inspired me to count mine, too. You are never even going to believe how many...... Are you ready?????

I have completed 2521 scrapbook pages!!!!!!

That does not count the 20-40 that I have not journaled on yet. I am just in awe!! I even took about 3 years off from making hardly any pages due to my career with Stampin' Up! I was just too busy to do anything for myself.

I wanted to share some of my pics...... from one of my first pages, to a stamped layout, and then finally one I used the Cricut on.

As you can see my style is VERY simple. This is what works for me. You have to find your style.
