  7. Hi Robin, I really appreciate your videos and enjoy watching them- im so happy that you have done so many since New Years!! However it would be a HUGE help if you explained what the purpose of your lesson was before you started teaching, because not everyone knows what every button on the Cricut does and otherwise we have to wait for 5-10 minutes of a lesson before we realize what you're trying to teach us! Like, "I'm going to teach you the multicut button today- the reason this is helpful is because.....". It would be super helpful for me at least :) Keep the videos coming- much appreciated! and i also miss seeing the scrapbook/card videos too :)

  8. Thanks for another great video! I have a big chipboard project that I need to work on, and now I know what to do - thanks to you! I was surprised that you didn't need to use the deep cut blade (I'm a newbie, so what do I know!). Thanks for teaching me how to multi-cut before I messed things up!

  9. OMG Robyn... I just happen to be searching for scrapping blogs and I LOVE that you have Cricut How To's. I got one Christmas '07 and between working and being mommy when I'm not working I haven't had a lot of time to play with the features. THANKS!! I'll be spending the weekend watching these :)

  15. OMG....Thanks Robyn! I thought Multi-Cut would just cut the image 4 separate times...made no sense, but this DOES!! You ROCK!! :)

  17. I watch your videos at night in bed. My dh even knows who you are. The other day he said, "well Robyn says....." I said Robyn who and he said "YOu know, that chic you watch online, the Stampin Up lady with the 3 kids she has to plan the summer for and the other 2 little kids." I thought that was so funny. You are part of the family. I have learned so much from you. If not foryou, that E would still be in the box.

  20. Again, had no clue what this really did/purpose...thank you!!! If the chipboard were thicker and you used the deep cut blade would you still need the multi-cut? Or is all of this just trial and error?

  22. Hi there:

I just watched your video on using chipboard. I think what I am using is too thick. Can you tell me where you get your chipboard. You made it look really easy. Is your chipboard thick enough to use in a word book? Thanks so much. Your videos are awesome!!!

  23. You are fantastic. I've had my E for over a year and I thought that multi-cut meant that it would cut for 4 images!!! And, I had changed to the "deep blade" for thicker material!!! WOW! And are you the clever one to then cut the dp to cover the chipboard. I remember a couple of years ago in a calendar class we had to cover the chipboard and use an exacto!! Your way is too much better. Thanks for taking the time to create all of these wonderful videos.

  24. Hey Robyn,

I have emailed you back when you were sick with the swine flu. I am glad you are better. I love your Scrappin' room and your videos. I was on youtube when i saw a comment you replied to regarding this button being on the Cricut Create. This is one of the few buttons that the create does not have. Otherwise the Create has most of the same buttons. Maybe if you find how to cut over the image multiple times on the create, you could make a video. I try emailing you again.

  25. Hi Robyn.
I'm confused here. I just bought an expression (haven't received it yet) and I also bought a deep cut blade because I thought the deep cut was used for cutting chipboard. Your video didn't mention that blade. so did you use one or just the regular blade?

Also, when using the multi-cut function - will it only cut one letter at a time or can I actually make a word and still use the multi-cut function?
    Thanks,
    Alita

  26. I'm confused - your video says "Create" as well as expression, but only shows the expression... I have a create, and as far as I can see, there is not multi-cut function on the create?
