Hi Robyn, I got my Cricut for Christmas and was a bit confused with all of the buttons and features. Your tips have me feeling like somewhat of an expert. Especially the one about numbering the pages to make finding the images easier, INGENIOUS! I can't wait to try some of your projects but i'll have to wait until I can get my hands on some of that beautiful paper and those stamps that you use. I live in the Bahamas and would have to order supplies (shipping can be costly). So I'll have to wait until summer when I come to Florida. Until then, I'll be enjoying your videos and practicing on cheap paper :(

GREAT JOB!!!

I received my Cricut Expression last week. I've been afraid to try anything. I just happen to run across your blog. Thank you very much for all the info and tips. I did'nt find the manual very helpful. The handbook is still somewhat confusing to understand. I guess I am a visual person. Without your tips and videos. I still would be looking at the Cricut Expression wondering how and what to do. Please keep doing what you're doing.. We need you. Especially those of us that are new to the Cricut. Thank you!
Thank you!

Monica M said...

Thank you so much for your videos, Robin! I learn a ton, and since I don't always have the time to play with my Expression, this saves me a lot of time.

Jennifer said...

Do you know how to use the color pens that go with the cricut? I have them, but I have never used them. I don't really know how to use them:)
Thanks
Jennifer

Anonymous said...

I so enjoy your videos, hope to see more! I have used the pens, but just for play with my Grandaughter. I went to SLC for the Scrapbook USA show and spoke to a Cricut rep and if you do the image with the pen, then return to the beginning and cut it out, the image will be all outlined. Haven't tried it yet, but sounds fun! Susan

tanyaisis said...

Love your videos your an angel
do you use the flip cam to do them they are so cool and instructional I have about 20 cartridges and I don't know how to use all the features but you are teaching me so much Thanks alot

Anonymous said...

Jennifer mentioned using the pens and then going back to cut the image out. I tried it and found that I forgot to reset my pressure from what the pen required to what my paper required. But it does look pretty neat when you do it correctly.

Anonymous said...

Pinky,

Do you think you can do a video with the pens? I want to see something created using them. I've read that people use them to "outline" images before cutting them. I'm wondering if once the image is cut out, can you write a phrase? I think it would be a great idea when making a card.

Char said...

Pink, Can you do a video on making Tall Bags from PS?

Thanks

I have just bought the Cricut Exp. and am just now learning it. But I can tell you this finding your blog with all the videos is wonderful. Takes a lot of the guess work out of it. Thank you so much for taking time to do these tutorials for us new ones. I appreciate it.
Thank you for sharing your time and talent.

JILL said...

Robin,

I just got the expression and watched all the videos. I need help with the home accents cartridge and layering...like the Home item. How do you do it in 2 different colors? Can you help me?

Carla said...

Thank you for the wonderful tutorials for the Cricut machine. I am still learning. You said in one of your videos that you need the Design Studio to link the letters together. I get confused/stuck when I try to use the Opposites Attract cartridge with the REALLY long tails of the standard font. Does the design studio help with that? How valuable a tool is the Design Studio on a scale from 1 to 10? And do you need the Jukebox in order to utilize the Design Studio? Thanks for your wisdom!
Blessings,
Carla

Hi Robyn,
I just got my CricutE yesterday and very excited to get working making cards. I love how informative your videos are, you are very talented and creative. Also you do great job explaining in plain English how to get the job done.

I've been watching you series for a week now, but have to wait till Thursday to attempt any projects (finals and holy week)

Once again thank for all you've done for newbies.

Hi Robyn, I am fairly new to doing cards using my Cricut, I do have a lot of Cartridges, but really did not know what I was doing until I found your videos. They are so helpful, now I am really enjoying my Cricut. Is there anyway I can get a copy of your videos by CD or whatever, so I can use them on my portable CD player in my craft room. Unfortunely I do not have a computer in that room. If so please let me know. I really appreciate your site and videos. Thanks so much.

I hope without using the Design studio .. just a cartridge and a machine?

Thank you so much for the wonderful videos - much easier to understand than just plain instructions. Would you ever consider doing one on the Sesame Street characters? That would be extremely helpful!

Robyn, after watching your video on how to make mats sticky again I worked mine over. I scrubbed it in the sink and then I used WackyTac (had it on hand) following your demo. It worked GREAT. Thank you so much for ALL your videos.

I have always been a person that could figure things out on their own, but your videos have been a blessing for sure.

I look forward to each new video.
