Easy Chocolate Muffins

Chocolate Muffins

2 2/3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.  In another bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream, water, milk, oil and vanilla.  Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.  Fold in chocolate chips.  Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.  Bake at 325 F for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.  Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.

I came back to say that I made them and they're YUMMO! Thanks for illustrating that you used the mini pan. I have some and don't use them often enough because I'm afraid of baking time. They turned out perfect! (Mostly because I was able to keep DH *out* of them)

These look so yummy! We are having a Linger Longer after church Sunday for the RS Sisters and I may just try these. I may have to make 2 batches as I fear I may eat the first batch myself. Thanks for sharing.
