I just wanted to share something I am doing different in my Pink Loft to try to get healthy again. It only cost $10 and I think it is going to be so worth it!

Good for you Robyn. It sounds like a great idea, but at my age I'd fall off alot. grins!!
Robyn you are too cute! What a great idea you have there. Exercising while doing things you love to do. I know there is one around here somewhere just have to find it!!
Robyn, you are going to love your exercise ball. I started using mine at the computer several months ago when I had back problems. It is so great for the spine, core and abs! Have a scrap happy day!
I just love you to death. YOU ROCK GIRL!!! You always bring a smile to my face with your little video's. But I have to say I dont think many people are as talneted as you are I know if I tried that while I was stamping or scrapbooking well lets just say it woundn't be too pretty LOL. HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!! and thanks so much for your video's
You are too cute!... you made my day with the rockin' and rollin'...lol Awesome Idea... I need to try that. Thank you for all you do.I LOVE YOUR BLOG! Marie H
Hey Robyn. Congrats on joining Weight Watchers. I know you are going to love it. I joined the middle of January for my New Years resolution and have lost 62 lbs so far. Good luck. Email me if you need some great snack ideas.
Very cool. I have one on the other side of my craft room, but I'm a standing scrapper so I sit on it while on the computer. Good luck with Weight Watchers! I hear that is one of the best ways to do it.
Robyn, good luck with your journey to healthy eating & getting fit. I too started WW 2 wks ago. It is a great program. I have had one of those balls for years. Never much thought about using it as a chair to scrap with. I am going to have to try your new technique! Another thing that my doc recommends is too hold your legs out straight while sitting in a chair. I am doing this while typing at my computer. This will work your stomach muscles.
Hey maybe we should start a WW blog to share recipes, healthy snacks, & exercises. Just a thought.
I also joined Curves. That may be something you might want to check into.
how fun.... i wonder if I can take it into work and use it. but there I have to worry about someone stealing it. Where did you get it for $10? I was surprised to see your Pink Loft is not Ping? Love all ya do!! werlds- regina
Great idea. I have one in the other room that I am going to get right this minute and use it at my scrapbooking table.!
Way to go joining WW!!!! I am also on the WW program. I weighed in tonight and lost 2.2 lbs. I have struggled with getting over a hump in weight loss for the last month. I kept the same weight for about 3 weeks, but I had a lot of stress too. Anyway, wooohooo, I was glad to break the barrier.
I love WW and it has been the only thing that has worked for me!
Robyn I love my stability ball! I use it up in my craft room, too. I really get a good workout when the dog decides to stand on my lap and "help". Good luck with WW. Let us know how you're doing.
WOW!!! Another wonderful idea from The Pink Stamper! As I am redoing my craft area as a result of a basement flooding, I will have to get one of these for my area when it is finished. I have lost around 10 pounds since Memorial Day. DH and I workout three to five per week and count calories. It has been great having a partner in this endeavor. Also, I ordered transparent wall vinyl from signwarehouse yesterday. I figure I can attach scrapbook paper to get my colors. Thanks for everything!
Great idea! I need to do WW again. The first time I lost 30 pounds, I have to lose that much again, but the past few times I have joined the motivation hasn't been there. I need to lose weight though.
