NSD- Challenge #4 (Embellishment)

All right, for this next challenge make a scrapbook page or a card using an embellishment that you either made or added to. For example you will see that I added an embossed Skittle to the Prima flower. That totally counts!! Let's get creative!!

OK one of my favorite ways to add to my embelishments is to skittles my flowers. So here is a card for my best friend's dad who is in the hospital that I just made.

Just yesterday I made cards for my kids' teachers... I made a scallop circle, stamped it, then embossed it with a sentiment (does that count??)

They are on my blog, but I haven't figured out how to post them to yours...

sorry!

Hi Robyn ! I love the videos I was able to watch, but most of them seopped either 1/4 way or half way through it ! I was so disappointed ! I so wanted to see them all, especially the girltalk one ! That shut off right after Brecken was introduced. Darn !

Here's my try at this. I embellished an embellishment! WOW - that sounds weird! Anyway - I scrapped a page about my cousins and added Prima flowers in the top left corner - I stacked two buttons and used as the center of the flower and then added "Stickles" irredescent on each petal and in the center of the top button.

Here's both a pic of the layout and of the embellishment itself.

Thanks Robyn for helping our creative juices flow!

This sounds like alot of fun. I made an embellishment for a layout I completed on Sat. at a scrapbooking retreat. I used the flower from George and stamped on the flowers with the Polka dots from SU stamps. I am pleased with how the turned out. I am not sure how to post it here. (very new to the world of blogs). I have it posted on my new blog at http://scrampinwithshelley.blogspot.com and I posted it in at cricut.com under the layout section and it is titled Cousins.

Assuming I'm sort of right and one giveaway is for making your own embellishment I have one if us folks up 'north' can enter :) but couldn't figure out how to send to you on your blog... dont' have a URL to link to :(

It's a fake button (used green ink to cover white paper, then cut out circle and used second punch for center holes then added ribbon that was originally white and died pink)...

let me know how to send please :)
