I just found this video linked in a forum, and I have to say it is one of my favorites. I've seen lots of tutorial videos and I just love the style of this one, quick, to the point, and entertaining!

That was a cool video. I have that glue pad -- but it doesn't work for me :( glitter comes right back off. What am I doing wrong I wonder.
