What's for Dinner??

I have started eating healthier today and exercising. Here is what I am making my family for dinner tonight. I'm just going to throw it all in my crock pot. I'll let you all know how we like it.

Healthy Chicken Recipe
Serves/Makes: 6

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup -- condensed
1 Soup Can skim milk -- or water
3/4 cup rice -- uncooked
1 cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube


Put chicken breasts in the crock pot. Add cream of mushroom soup. Add skim milk (or water). Add 3/4 cup of rice (NOT the instant kind), one cup of water, a chicken bullion cube, and peas, broccoli, or any other vegetables. Cook on low all day (about 8 hours) or high 4-5 hours.

  1. sounds yummy. I really like brown rice when I diet. It more nutty and filling.
