Look what arrived!!

Okay, so I didn't stamp today or yesterday but I did make something...... This yummy BREAD! My Bosche arrived today and I have already used it twice to make the most fabulous bread! I'll attach the recipe at the bottom that I got from my friend Tana.

Wheat Bread

2 1/2 C. Water, 1 T. yeast, 1 T. honey

Put those first 3 ingredients in Bosch and let set for 10 minutes.

2 C. white flour

2 C. whole wheat flour

1 egg

1/4 C. oil

3/4 C. honey

2 tsp dough enhancer

2 tsp salt

Mix until all ingredients blended. Begin adding more wheat 1 cup at a time (about 4-5 more cups). Mix the flour into the dough mixture until the dough pulls away from the side of the bowl. When the sides of the bowl are clean stop adding flour. Allow the mixer to knead the dough for 8-10 more minutes. Separate into 3 sprayed bread pans. Let rise 30 minutes or until double in size. Bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

  1. Woo hoo! Enjoy your Bosch! I so love mine. If it ever dies I will be heartbroken. I have had it for about 19 years now! They last forever. Enjoy!

    Bread looks great!!

If I had known about bosch befor I purchased my kitchen aid I would have bought one of those instead. My girlfriend can make five loaves of bread at once in a bosch and I can only make two in the KA.

I also grind my own wheat for the bread we make for 100% whole wheat. They are so good!! Hope you and your family are enjoying the homemade bread!!

  5. Oh Robin, I have had a Bosch for almost 25 years, I also bought the Magic Mill, having been using them and enjoying them for a really long time!

Thanks for leaving me a comment! I love to hear from you!!
