Today is my BFF's birthday!! Karlee is the big 3-0 today!! Go to her blog HERE to wish her lots of birthday wishes! I am so thankful for Karlee's friendship. Hi Everyone! It is Maria and it is that time of month again where all the My Pink Designers get together and make a collective post. I was so excited as the designers were sending me these projects (I have a great job-- get to see them first). There is some fabulous inspiration for all your Valentine's projects. Please make sure you check out their Blogs because they will have all the details on the projects for you.
Also collectively as a Team we want to wish Robyn a VERY, VERY, Happy Birthday week!!!! Unfortunately she spent her Birthday in bed yesterday and is still not feeling well......speedy recovery prayers are coming your way......
We Love You Robyn!!!!
Our Theme:
Be My Valentine!
Use a My Pink Stamper Stamp Set and the Cricut to make something for Valentines Day.
It can be a card, scrapbook page, home decor, a treat or mini album.
Can you believe it is my birthday today? Unfortunately, I've been sick since Thursday so I haven't been able to gear up for a fun-filled wild birthday. LOL! I'll be happy with a small celebration with my family by my side. This morning they woke me up with the traditional breakfast in bed and the Happy Birthday song. My little 5 year old is so cute because he snuck in the room before and said "Mom, we're getting you a bowling ball!" I don't know where he got that from but had to laugh. Of course the 5 year old did not go with them to pick out my present or I would have known the instant they got home what they got for me. I asked him if my bowling ball was pink and he said, no, it's purple!! So cute!
How about I do a birthday giveaway? I looooooove birthdays! Not just mine but everyone's birthdays. Let's see........ Hmmmmmmm. How about a SURPRISE box filled with some fun stuff from My Pink Loft & My Pink Studio???
To be entered, just leave a comment on this post with a fun thing you have done for someone's birthday or your favorite birthday.
Also, the COUNTDOWN to 40 begins!!!! YIKES! Only one more year in my 30's!!!
I am so honored to be Robyn’s Guest Designer today. Robyn was the main sponsor of my Blog Hop on New Year’s Day and now she has asked me to be a Guest Designer. Whoot! Whoot! my year starting off good.
I know that Robyn’s birthday is soon, so I decided to make her a birthday card and present. I used Mothers Day Bouquet to make the flowers and Blossom (IC) for the patterned paper. The sentiment is from My Pink Stamper’s “LunchBox Thoughts”
The ink is Jenni Bowlin Brown sugar.
I used the Create-a Critter, and the Blossom (IC) pattern cartridge for this card. The sentiment is from My Pink Stamper “That’s Punny-licious”
This is a 5x7 card. The hippo is cut at 3”, the birdie @1” and the two ewes @ 2.
I just love the way this came out.
I used Jenni Bowlin stick candy ink and the googly eyes are Darice.
I made this mini beaded match book album, with all of Robyn’s favorite things.
The journal tags are stamped with the sentiments from MY Pink Stamper “That’s Punny–licious.” Stamp set the images on the tags are from the Nursery Tails cartridge. Happy Birthday Robyn!—I can’t surprise her now.
I hope all of you enjoyed my projects!
Here is a video for those of you who want to see how I put the card together and a little more info about the stamps and materials used.
